CHARACTER SKETCH

Arnav Singh Raizada: A
business tycoon, the owner of A.R., one of the biggest fashion houses in India.
He is cold at heart and cruel to the world. he loves his di the most. His soft
corner only belongs to her.

Kushi Kumari gupta: An
orphan who was brought to Christian HOPE ORPHANAGE by someone who found her on
the road. She grew up in the convent and had her education. She dedicated her
life to Christianity, in simple words she is a Christian nun who decided not to
marry. She is the youngest of all other nuns.

Anjali Jha: Sister of arnav and
the ladli of raizada parivaar. She is 5months pregnant but sadly her husband
shyam ditched her for other woman.

Tinky: she is one of the orphans
in HOPE. She is 5years old, cute and innocent. She loves her pyaari kushi didi
like anything.

Madhumati: the warden and cook
of the convent. She is also known as THE LADY HITLER.

ESTHER: she is the mother head of
the orphanage. She raised kushi when she was brought to hope. She is kind,
gracious and loves all the children in the orphanage lot.

PART 8

FRIENDS...FINALLY!!

Kushi finally got into the car without any argument. He too got in the driver seat and gestured her to put the seat belt. Kushi didn't understand what he is saying. He pointed towards the seat belt and closed the door of car. Kushi still didn't get what he is saying. She is not habituated to travel in cars and all. She still try to get what he is saying and her stare settled at the seat belt. She dragged but due to its force it went back to its place. Arnav noticed and moved forward from his seat to hers. Kushi gasped in shock at his sudden attack on her. Her heart missed a beat and there was some kind of tension occupying her head which she did not understand. He slowly shifted his gaze from the seat belt to the lady near him. Her eyes closed tightly and eyebrows frowned forming winkles. Their breaths united and created havoc in the surroundings. He put the seat belt and sat back in his seat. Kushi opened her eyes and saw him gazing at her without blinking his eyes. She choked her throat which made arnav back to his senses.

Kushi: it's getting late. We need to start.

Arnav for the first time felt embarrassed and mentally kicked himself for loosening control over him. He nodded and started the car. There was dead silence in the car. Usually kushi don't like being silent but she is not at all okay with men being around since childhood. Arnav who always irked by noise and sound now desperately wants to keep a full stop to the silence between them. He adjusted the mirror so he can see her. He took glances at her while driving. Suddenly her eyes went wide which read excitement and delight. He turned to see an ice cream shop there. Her lips curled into a smile which made his heart leap. He applied a sudden break. Kushi asked him through her eyes. Arnav in mute mode got down and brought ice creams for both of them.

Arnav: kushi, take this. He said handing over the ice cream to her..Kushi was shocked that how come he know what's in her mind. She forgot everything and cheerfully got down the car and enjoyed the ice cream. Arnav couldn't shift his gaze from her. His eyes were only concentrated on her pulpy and fleshy lips and the way she licked the ice cream made him so tempting. Here, kushi forgot her surroundings and arnav and completed the ice cream. After her ice cream was done she got ready to move when she saw him scanning her. She can clearly understand the twinkling in his eyes. Unknowingly she wetted her lips tasting the chocolate flavor again. Arnav was just simply amused with her. She silently sat in the car and arnav brushed off his guttery thoughts and went back it.

Finally they reached hope and kushi got down. She was actually quite embarrassed at her way of eating before him. He waited for her to say something but she walked away. Damn he thought punching the steering. He heard some footsteps and saw kushi coming towards him. she forgotten her purse in his car.

Kushi: vo'my purse was left in the car.

Arnav: oh.. He gave it to her through the window. She smiled and took it..He waited for her to say something but she didn't. He decided to break the silence. He spoke with his husky tone creating havoc in kushi's ears along with the cool breeze blowing against her

Arnav: kushi, won't you thank me?

Kushi looked at him hesitantly. She in fact wanted to thank him but some awkwardness was stopping her. She stammered

Kushi: kkiss..lye?

Arnav: hmm for ice cream and for dropping.

Kushi smiled hesitantly feeling shy which made her cheeks deep red. She herself didn't know the reason of her shyness and her awkwardness. She can feel the blood rising through her cheeks and his smirk gaze at her. But still she managed to reply

Kushi: shukriya..

Arnav smirked at his affect on her. He liked playing with her. With her smile he can feel the coldness melting away. He is slowly coming back to himself. He whispered

Arnav: good night!

Kushi: shubh raatri.

He doesn't want to continue the stammering and awkward conversation as it is already late and he didn't want to create any problem for her. He took a last lengthy glance for the last time of the day and drove off. Kushi's lips curled into a sweet smile and she moved in.

THE NEXT MORNING

Anjali: chote wake up'.

Anjali had been trying to wake him up for the past 15mins but still he is in deep sleep with his butt facing her. She couldn't stop laughing out loud

Anjali: chote , enough of sleeping now wake up..

Arnav still in sleepy mode replied

Arnav: haan kushi'

Anjali's eyes popped out wide. Her chote taking a girl's name early in the morning? And the name was kushi? Which kushi he is talking about? The one she helped me? But how? Anjali eyes were still in shock and also made arnav back from his dreams

Anjali: kushi?

Arnav manage to stammer

Arnav: voh'actually kushi means'I meant'meant to say that'im feeling kushi today'

Anjali nodded her head suspiciously. Arnav was now fully awake

Anji: chote , do dome favor naa?

Arnav: you need to ask? Tell me di.

Anjali: chote vo actually my iron tabby are finished. I need new strips so will get me? Aakash had already gone to the meeting

Arnav: of course di'but I have a Japanese conference call now. After that will bring for you okay?

Anjali smiled and left the room leaving him for getting ready. He mentally cursed himself for uttering her name in front of anji and one thing he is sure about that he is going all crazy.

AT HOPE

Kushi: good morning maa ji~

Esther good morning kushi!

They were in the dining hall and all the children were already having breakfast. Today's special was aloo puri. Kushi saw tinky happily munching them with her mouth full having no room for more. Kushi went to get Esther's medicines from her room but they were finished

Kushi: maa ji, your medicines are finished but you didn't tell me?

Esther: it's okay kushi. While I'm going out ill get.

Kushi: you will go to get them yourself? Iam there naa. I will bring

Esther: okay.

Kushi: but I have some work right now maa ji'after that I will go. By that time have your breakfast.

AFTER ONE HOUR.

Anjali regular medial store was closed for a while. Otherwise they would have home delivered to her. Arnav found some store open as it was still morning many stores were closed. He got down from hi SUV and eyes widened at the pic. There was a big queue. He knows that no one can stop the ASR. So he started walking towards the shop away from the line. He felt the gust of wind over him again. He was damn sure that kushi is somewhere near him. His eyes wandered desperately for her and there he found her. Wearing a white cotton sari. She covered her charms artistically. Her semi full hand sleeves, her braid and long pallu. But still he was attracted by her. There was nothing special in the sari as it was pure white and cotton, but had small thin border of cream. He instantly joined the line. He just did it unconsciously; he blocked her way so that she needs to ask him to move. He thought that she will recognize him by seeing him from back.

Kushi saw the line and most importantly the tall, lean personality at the last. She felt the same feeling. But she firmly decided not to think of him because all that is happening was just a co incidence. The line is moving forward but still the personality was not moving. She choked her throat so that he would move, but the tall sculpture was still. Arnav was waiting for her to call him. He knew she would hesitate to talk to him. But still he made his ears clears in the chaos around so that he can hear her sweet voice. He heard her sigh

Kushi: bhaiyya ji, will you move please?

Arnav's eyes popped out in wide along with his mouth. He turned back instantly and shouted

Arnav: excuse me? What did you say?

Kushi's worst nightmare had come true. She saw HIM again. Before her thoughts continued she heard his voice again

Arnav: answer me dammit?

Kushi in fact did not remember his question. She looked here and there confused. And replied

Kushi: hmm? Answer what?

Arnav: you called me bhaiyya? His mind is now occupied only with one sentence "BHAIYYA JI, WILL YOU MOVE PLEASE?" and especially the word "BHAIYYA" his mind and heart didn't want to accept that. He couldn't imagine even in his worst dream of kushi calling him bhaiyya. He was damn pissed off.

Even kushi felt some awkwardness and her heart did not like the fact that she called arnav ji bhaiyya. In fact she calls everyone bhaiyya, but this man is making her feel weird

Kushi: haan'Woh..Actually I didn't know it was you standing here'kya farak padtha hai? She plastered a fake smile on her face covering herself

Arnav can read her eyes too. He easily can say that even she couldn't digest the fact. She didn't know it was him so she called him brother. He lips curled into a smirk which raised the blood flow through her cheeks. He took few steps towards her and her eyes widened in his sudden step. He whispered huskily with his sexy voice

Arnav: koi farak nahi padtha?

Kushi eyes and mouth were completely wide. A huge lump formed in her throat. His voice vibrated in her ears causing her tinky hairs on arms stand straight. She opened her mouth to speak but something obstructed her. Her cheeks were warm and gaze was low. She manage to utter

Kushi: we'we are blocking the line.

Arnav smirked at her and moved aside to lead a way to her.

He was looking at her he whole time she was buying the medicines which made kushi a bit uncomfortable. He too collected the medicines. He saw kushi walking away ghastly. He too brisk off to catch her. Kushi heard his voice

Arnav: wait!

Kushi stood numb still facing her back. He moved towards her and said

Arnav: ill drop you kushi.enough thought kushi.she instantly turned and asked him

Kushi: are you my driver?

Arnav's eyes popped out. Even kushi doesn't want to be ruder with him but she doesn't want to interact with him more and develop any kind of relationships.

Arnav mentally smiled, that's the reason this girl attracts him more. He has seen may be hundreds of girls going head over heels for him. But kushi'she always tries to run far away from him. He smiled and replied

Arnav: of course not,but I think we are friends now right? can't i drop you?

Before kushi could say anything arnav made a sad face and started to go back. Then her heard her honey voice again

Kushi: no, it's not like that.

Arnav: then like what?

Kushi sighed and said

Kushi: okay arnav ji, will come with you.

Arnav's face broke into a wide smile but he covered it up and both walked towards the car. She got in and wore a seat belt. He drove towards off. Tinky was waiting for kushi near the gate, when she saw a white SUV coming towards the home. She frown her brows wondering who it is.

Kushi got down from the car and tinky smiled cheerfully. Hopping she went to kushi and hugged her legs.

Tinky: hello didiI was waiting for you, you know what happened, who nimmy..

Her blabbering was interrupted when she saw the emotionally challenged person descending from the car. She made her eyes wide open and asked kushi

Tinky: what is he doing here didi?

Arnav saw tinky with a stern face. Kushi replied

Kushi: he dropped me tinky.

Tinky: he...Nannav bhaiyya dropped you?

Arnav was totally pissed off with Nannav..He shouted

Arnav: its arnav..Arnav.he tried to calm down cause of kushi's presence. He already shouted at her once and he doesn't want to repeat it.

Tinky wontedly spoke again

Tinky: Nannav..Hai naa?

He took a step forward when tinky went and hid behind kushi. He took backward step again. Tinky sneaked and came forward and stood in front of kushi tring to cover her as much as possible.

Tinky: you dropped her yesterday also naa? She asked him with her hands folded across her chest. Arnav nodded. Tinky decided to be nice to him as he has helped her di. So she forwarded her hands for a hand shake while arnav being arnav asked

Arnav: what?

Tinky: friends? She smiled sweetly and asked

Now the ball is at Arnav's court. Tinky and kushi are so close, in fact favorites of each other. So he needs to settle things with tinky. He gave a slight smile and forwarded his hands bending down so he can reach her..And they hand shake.

Tinky: thank you..saying that tinky held her ears and replied

Tinky: sorry bhaiyya.I spoke rudely with you yesterday. Arnav nodded his head in agreement. Her brows frowned again at his head moments. She asked

Tinky: what are you doing like this? She too nodded like the way arnav nodded before. Say something.

Arnav: what should I say? Tinky thought it's no use to talk to him and ran away from there. After reaching some distance she shouted

Tinky: bye'"Nannav" bhaiyya..She pressured on the word Nannav and went away giggling. Kushi too smiled at her cheeky behavior and started walking from there when she felt her pallu pulled. She cannot move forward. She felt the weird feeling started again. Her heart started beating furiously fast; she hesitantly turned back and saw her pallu stucked in Arnav's watch. Here arnav was enjoying the view. Her smalls strands of hair falling on her temples. She reached him to remove her pallu and their fingers met. Kushi jerked back as electricity passed through her veins. She pulled the duppata roughly and went way from there clutching her heart
