Part 5

Present

"Maan,Kaha kho gaye aap? "-Geet was wondering- 'why maan is not responding to her?'.

Maan came to present when geet shook him real hard. Maan forwarded his hand and touched her face-"geet? Tum geet ho naa?"-Maan was waiting impatiently for her answer. His heartbeat has increased ten-fold in anticipation.

Geet looked shocked at that statement and was speechless. She had not expected him to recognise her. She was overwhelmed with emotion and just nodded in yes.

Maan heart jumped in joy watching her nod, he pulled her into a tight hug and was just feeling her presence in his arms. Geet too wrapped her arm around his waist. Both of them were in highly emotional state. Maan had sudden rush of happiness, joy and relief on finding his geet alive. Only he knows how many sleepless night he had spend after hearing news of plane crash. Unknown to them ,both had tears in their eyes. Tears were continouslly making their way down the cheek ,soaking both cheeks completely but still there was satisfactory smile lingering on their faces . They were not speaking a single word but their gesture was enough to understand other how much they missed each other. These span of nine years were very diffcult for both of them without each other.

Horn of truck make them to broke hug. Maan was not ready too pull back even after hearing horn. Peace of heart which he was feeling was not letting him to leave her so soon.

Geet too reluctantly pulled away and saw tears in Maan's eyes and said-"Maan, aap to itne saalo me bade rotlu ho gaye hain. Gainde jaisa sarir aur ye rota hua chehra log kya kahenge"

Maan wiped his eyes and smiled-" Tere absence mein tere favourite hobby ka hi practice karta tha, kuch to asar hoga na. Waise tumhari rone ki aadat aaj bhi nahi gayi"

Geet pouted hearing him and said with irritation -"Rona meri hobby nahi hai. Aansu to bas aa jate hain "

"Lekin mujhe ek baat samajh nahi aayi. Tumne mujhe itne saalo baad pehchana kaise?"- Maan was curious to know her answer .

"Aapke chest par jo chota sa cut ka nishan hai wo maine bachpan me dekha tha."-Geet was too shy to look in his eyes.

Maan just now realised geet was looking on his cut mark of chest in previous meeting and so she was staring at his chest. The cut happened when maan was ten , he by mistake fall on fencing wire. The pain of that cut was not much but it leave a lifetime mark on his chest.

Maan was thinking now' how wrong he thought that she was drooling over him .' he was going to say something when his mind came to another conclusion-'she had noticed that small cut and remembered till now, means she used to drool over me all those time in childhood too.'

Babaji ko to abhi kai saal tak wait karna padega.Aakhir maan jo hai dharti par geet ke har suicide attempt ko fail karne ke liye.
