Saraswatichandra FF: Sparks of love.

I'll be continuing with the same basic background, that Kumud is helping Saras make mud pots.

Sparks of Love

Part 1:
Saras and Kumud were sitting besides each other, making pots. Kumud was busy teaching Saras, whereas Saras just kept admiring her. He kept stealing glances at her, but not for long as Kumud soon noticed this. Feeling conscious, she decided to step away from him. She did not want to feel heart broken again. So, she got up, and started walking towards the old tree, while Saras just looked on longingly. But Kumud soon lost balance, as her bare foot got pricked by a small sharp piece of food. She was about to fall, but Saras rushed to her, and held her in his arms. Kumud had shut her eyes, and just waited to feel the ground, but instead felt something hard. She opened her eyes, and found herself in Saras's arm. She soon got lost in his eyes.

After what seemed like forever, they came back to their senses, and Kumud tried standing on her feet, but failed to do so. Noticing this, Saras picked her up in his arms, inspite of Kumud's struggle to get away from him. He carried her to the bed like thing where is slept. He gently made her sit there, and took a look at her feet. Finding the piece of wood, he slowly pulled it out, making sure not to hurt her, and then wiped her feet with his vest.

Kumud moved by this action of his, thought to herself, why do you look after everyone so much. And why do I think, that I can always see a pain in your eyes. I really want to share that pain with you.
Here, Saras thinking to himself too, why are you doing all this for me, even after I have hurt you so much. I cannot see you get more pain because of me. It hurts me much more than what it might be hurting you. I don't know what is happening to me, and why do I feel this way for you.

Soon after sometime, they got back to work. So far only about 30-40 pots had been made, They wondered how they would complete a goal of 80 pots. And then suddenly out of no where, in the month of March it started drizzling. Both Kumud and Saras, scared what might happen of the mud pots, started shifting them to a shaded area. But it was too late, they were able to shift only about 10-15 pots, and the rest just got misshaped.
Seeing this, Kumud broke down, and started crying. "What will we do now? All your hard work has gone to waste". With this she started crying even more. Saras wanted to comfort her, he wanted to tell her that everything would be fine. He did not mind making them all over again, as long as she was with him. He wanted to wipe her tears. But just held back himself. After some time, when he could take it anymore, he finally gave into his emotions and hugged her.

This was just a beginning of the new emotion.
