Stars ring in Holi festivities on SAB TV.
While the nation is getting geared to roll into the color splashing momentum of the festival, our silver screen stars are planning to ring in the festivities, in a slightly different way for us! On 27th March, at 9 p.m, SAB TV will witness a star studded program to celebrate Holi.
The special show, called 'SAB ki Holi' will be hosted by Dilip Joshi and Disha Wakhani, the evergreen on-screen couple, Jethalal and Dayaben of 'Taarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma'. The program will begin with a theme act by artistes Balveer, Bakula, Piyush, Meher, Bhavesh and others. This theme act is believed to be a semi-patriotic act, which will be soon followed by cultural dances by none other than your favorite TV stars.
While you will witness Karan Grover, Muskaan Mihaani and Pooja Pihal in a Pahadi act, you will be swayed by Shama Sikandar and Karan Godwani in a Punjabi folk dance. There are lots more fun packed up, especially in terms of cultural dances. Aamir Ali andDivyanka Tripathi, will also present the audience with their unique Rajasthani folk dance and puppet act.
If you thought that's about it, then there is a lot more. For instance, even Karishma Tannaand Debina Bonnerjee, have got something up their sleeve and will rock the program with their Navrang act. Our Jeanie or the bubbly and vivacious Giaa Manek, will also be seen dancing to Ras leela. The best part is, she will be seen along with her co starsAli Asgar and Navina Bole.
This program, as per the VP and business head of the channel, Mr. Anooj Kapoor, is supposed to be one of its kinds and will be replete with the diversified cultural flavors of India. Through the program, he wishes to entertain the audience, celebrate the feeling of joy and togetherness on the festival of Holi.
Other than dance, the program is packed with comic punches, thrown by none other than our brilliant comic timer Bharti Singh and Gaurav Gera. Both will be enacting the Lath maar comedy act in the program. Comic acts, like Black and white Holi and Bura na mano Holi hai etc. are also set to make the audience laugh with some superb comic performances by Sunil Grover, Sugandha Mishra, Chitrashi Rawat and Kapil Sharma.
Though the program is set to go on air in the evening, much after the merry making is over, it's believed to re-ignite the flavor of the festival, in a more fun filled, and entertaining way! Watch out the multi cultural festival by stars on SAB TV, on 27th March, from 9-11 p.m. Do let us know your views on the same on Twitter-iDubba and set reminders for your favorite shows on iDubba app..
