Pooja Gor, better known as Pratigya from Mann KiAwazPratigya,will be seen hosting Savdhaan India on Life Ok from tomorrow.
Pooja will tell the story of a 35-year-old woman from a backward caste and how she fight backs against the caste system and her abusive husband to emerge as the first woman sarpanch of the village. "I like to be associated with shows which send a message to the society. I am glad that I have been getting such stories," said Pooja.
Savdhaan India is a popular docu-drama which focuses on real-life crime stories from India and has taken the movement against crime and injustice to the grassroots. The new season titled '100 days 100 fightbacks', will showcase 100 inspiring cases of 100 real people.
Pooja will anchor the new season along with Hiten Tejwani, Mohnish Behl and Sushant Singh.
