I'm finding it hard to understand how our followers dropped by 26 points, unless forum #1 gained enough followers to outweigh us by that many points.

CM rating is something that's beyond my understanding. We have so many views and followers, but such a low CM rating.

ppl are not hitting the cm.datzz it.
