Yes I agree, woman are to belamed as well, because of two things. They encourage it (when they get older) and they put up with it.

Unfortuntaly, woman did not have a choice back then becuase they were dependant on their husbands. But in today's world, if I came accros a woman who was putting up with this second wife crap, I would call her crazy!

By the way, do any of you personally know any woman who are in this situation? Please share......

well lucky i was born in singapore whre all the parent a hoping to get a gurl couse boy dont support they parent when they grow up mostly gurl did .like my aunty she want gurl so much when she get a boy she cried her heart out ,poor her she got 3 boy..

doesn't matter where indians go, they're still going to favor boys over girls. even if they do know that the boys do not end up taking care of them, they;re still going to hope for a boy.
