Maan Singh Khurana, Raghav Oberoi, Arnav Singh Raizada, Yuvraj Singh, Arjun Suryakant Rawte and Asad Ahmed Khan are names that make many a hearts skip a beat. These characters have been etched in every soul who is a viewer of romantic series or a reader of romantic novels. At least one of these characters have become their ideal man that every woman wants. The men playing them Gurmeet Choudhary, Himansh Kohli, Barun Sobti, Shivin Narang, Shaleen Malhotra and Karan Singh Grover have become poster boys.
Every 4 Lions Films venture, be it Geet ' Hui Sabse Parayi co-produced with Endemol, Humse Hai Life, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon co-produced with Panglosean Entertainment, Suvreen Guggal ' Topper of the Year co-produced with Fable Tree Pictures, Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek or Qubool Hai co-produced with Undercover Productions, the male leads have been strong characters and not the chocolate boys that television series had the norm of. From intense to brooding to a prankster to rough edged guy each of these characters walked a thin line of being anti-hero material. Not likable to start with for their intense stares or attitude that showed their arrogance, these boys and men somehow weened their way into the hearts of thousands of women watching them across the globe.

One had pushed a damsel in distress away to fend for herself, while the other had let go of a girl's hand to let her fall a floor down. One had picked a fight on their very first meeting while the other had played prank on the girl from day one. The dark and intense man had lectured the girl on being a runaway bride on the first meeting and other hides a deep love for the girl he has behind a band that hides her tattoo. Each of them are flawed and that makes them lovable. And yes, girls in teens or women in thirties have fallen in love with these characters.

These poster boys are heart-throb of the country and across the world with a fan following that is astounding. From mails to Production House to Channels that telecast these shows, the guys receive gifts and promise of eternal love and loyalty to them.

At Forum 32 we want to know what made you fall in love with these characters? What about them makes you want to close your eyes and dream (well, we presume you do dream about them)? If you were to meet these guys for real, what would be the first thing you would say to them?

Though i liked four lions boys and in love with MAAN SINGH KHURANA i will never support that production house for many reasons...and never gonna join them in their page...

And if i were to meet ASAD in real kuch bolne se pahle ki beshosh ho jaungi
Everything about KSG make me want close my eyes and dream about him
May be i love ksg more than asad

Err I think we like the actors more and characters less.

I mean Arnav and Asad as characters make me want to punch something. 😆

As much I like the whole intense, tall and hot brooding business man thing going on with them, I would freaking snap the moment they insult me! 😆

As characters they have a lot of potential to be unique and different than the normal arrogant rich jerk kind but that depends on the CV's.

Also their looks play a factor too because lets be real, No one would like Asad if he looked like a certain actor who has chidiya ka ghosla on his head. 😆

It's a lovely article indeed.
I just love the character of Asad Ahmed Khan.
I liked Maan but Arnav's character put me off many times.

The best part about AAK is that he has not been shown as an arrogant angry young man which became a trend set up by the very own PH itself.Asad is angry and rude when needed.He does not carries the arrogance on his face 24*7 unlike Maan or Arnav.
I still remember the initial days of Geet and IPK.I was badly irritated by the stern expressions of both of them in all the scenes.Later,I started to like both of them when love changed them for better.

We have seen Asad smiling and joking with his tamatar and Ayaan,we have seen him like an obedient son many times,we have seen him speaking against his ammi and standing up for his voice but maintaining his cool and respect at the same time.Asad could be called judgement but arrogant is not the right word for him.We hardly see him smile but we also don't see him angry and dangerous all the time.
Asad has been really a jerk to Zoya sometimes but the
insults he had thrown at Zoe were never done without a proper reason.
This is what makes AAK different from the rest of angry young man of tellywood.
Asad's character is layered and viewers are still left to unravel many more shades of his character.

KSG is simply excellent in his acting skills.Gurmeet and Barun are also wonderful actors.I've not seen the other shows of 4lions but I'm sure that they must be doing great as well.

If I would meet Asad, I would tell him what I love and adore about him the most.but yes I'll be able to do that only if I remain in complete senses after meeting him.I'm sure,I'll faint.😳

PS-No offense intended to any fan group.I love all 3 heroes and loved the shows as well.I simply stated what I felt about them,so please don't start fighting over this post.I apologize in advance if I unintentionally hurt anyone of you.

Reading this article makes me go to the good ol Maan Singh Khurana aka MK times. Just loved him! I am glad Asad joined the bandwagon. Yes, I agree.. I've got a thing for arrogant, brooding businessmen ! <sigh>
