Here's my top 25 favorite things from the Mahaepisode. Thanks to everyone for taking time to comment and also to all the silent readers, love you all!
1. Yash raising his hand over his mother's head to swear and then Saras lowering it.
2. Saras whispering to Yash, "You shouldn't lie after swearing on mother." The way Saras teaches Yash values that Yash's mother has not yet taught him.
3. Gautam in white UB shirt. Hawww.
4. Saras choosing to face the angry mob and taking the blame for Kumud's entire family, the calm and silent way he does this and his tranquil expression.
5. "Mein janti hoon tum aisa nahin kar sakti." Kumud knowing the truth of Saras' innocence even though she wasn't there when the event happened and in spite of the pain he gave her earlier.
6. The expression on her face when she says this.
7. "I've always fought for truth." Kumud standing up for what she believes in, even when the priest is declaring that they won't tolerate her audacity any longer and that she would be punished if she tried to defend Saras.
8. "Koi sabot nahin hai. Par vishwas hai." Kumud declaring her faith in Saras' virtue in spite of the fact that she has no proof. Her needing no further proof of Saras' innocence even after calling him a coward before for not getting her kite. She can really see his true colours, and she's not afraid to say it.

19. "Faisla hojuga hai." Kumud's determination to do right by Saras, and the way she wipes her tears off her face while saying this.
20. "I couldn't save him, but I can encourage him." Kumud's dad feeling guilty about Saras' heroism and deciding to support him in any way he can. Awww.
21. "Hum sab tere saath hain." Kumud's father going to see Saras in the village and telling him they are all with him. So sweet.
22. The way Kumud tricks Saras into eating the dinner she brought him, by saying her father won't eat if he sees the plate untouched.
