Well, I don't think that Ekta can be blamed for this at all. I mean, come on guys, Ekta is the woman who gave Iqbal his golden opportunity, made him a star with KYPH and then as soon as that was wrapped up, gave him KAA. What more can a woman do, why blame her for everything??? The only reason that we all know and like Iqbal is Ekta, I mean how many of us knew him when he was a flop actor in a flop movie. I really hope that this is a rumour but if it isn't, its very sad and I'm sorry to say really pathetic behaviour from Iqbal. Coz if he was so overworked and stressed, he should never have accepted KAA. Ekta didn't force him at gunpoint, did she??? In fact, when KAA was announced all she said was complimentary things about him, I remember her saying, "I need a guy who is so good looking that 2 women can fight over him"!!! Today the show is rocking and he decides to drop this bomb on her, its disgusting in my opinion. I know Iqbal fans will not like these comments, but trust me even I like him but this behaviour is not acceptable, we can't blame Ekta. Still hope this is a rumour, but if it isn't, in this case, I'm feeling bad for Ekta coz one of her best shows is gonna suffer due to a stupid whim of a 'star'!!! But I'm sure even if Iqbal quits, KAA will not suffer coz Ekta is the only person who will be able to find a replacement for even him. If she can create one Iqbal, she can create another. Sorry Iqbal, am so mad at ur behaviour, that I have no sympathy left to react kindly to ur decision.
i mostly agree wit u abt iqbal's decision to quit and how its gonna affect him ver badly. he needs to rethink this in my opinion as well, but its pretty gutsy and sweet to do that becuz he wants time with his family. however, tho ekta didn't force him to take on KAA, she has been known to overwork her actors. he has a life of his own and a family of his own. i think ekta should have atleast recoginized that and comprimised somehow so he would have more time for his family, or give him sum time off for sneha. i dun think ekta is to be blamed completely and im eternally grateful to her for giving our iqu babii the name he deserves, but i still think that she is partly resposible for him quitting.
