Anyone running to make any comments on how brilliantly Kumud's character rose to new heights today? We're quick to call her egoistic, arrogant and what not but today she did many things which everyone would applaud a hero to do. Ke waah kya herogiri dikhayi hai! Why not the same praise for Kumud today? She steamed ahead, fought with everyone, opened her heart out in front of the village people and it wasn't just because of her emotions towards Saras but because this is the REAL Kumudsundari. The girl who fought to get the internet, who used to cycle every day to the city to make her village prosper. She stands up for what she believes in and no-one can stop her from doing so. Today she protected Saras from the beatings and the way she did that, I seriously felt like applauding her strength. Didn't we all? Both Saras and Kumud are extreme and passionate characters.
What about the way Jennifer portrayed Kumud today? Woh kya kehte hai? Khulke acting ki. She was so absorbed in the character. She really felt Kumud's pain for the innocent Saras. It's very easy to criticize but it'd be nice if people came up to appreciate her when she really stood out. We are girls so why are we so unappreciative towards our own kind?
I have to wait another 4 hours to watch the episode in full but couldn't help myself from watching the first and last part (yes I am weird like that) and once again Kumud's independence came out. She lit the fire herself, she did what the hero typically does. She truly was the hero today!! The last scene between Kumud and Saras was their CUTEST yet. I was grinning like an idiot throughout. They play off each other so well.
