Why issue such a statement only to renege later? Come on! What's the point of even saying this? To prove she is more moral than other actresses? It makes her come across as a goody two shoes who has nothing more substantial to talk about, and later it will make her come across as a hypocrite! I thought there was something simple and sweet about her but these kind of childish "sati savitri" proclamations are downright regressive and annoying. You're in show business, honey!

yeah because media writes any sort of crap. Its a known fact that they morphed the kiss and it didn't turn out very natural- hence its on the hit list of the worst kisses of 2012

She does come across as a shy person and that translated to her role of Meera in the movie. However her acting skills are lacklustre and she needs to add a spark to her.

Not wearing bikini on screen has nothing to do with morality. And her constant emphasis on being different than 'others' is beginning to irritate.

She shouldn't be too vocal about it. Just focus on getting the movies which she can do comfortably! They can always morph the kiss etc like they did in cocktail if she is uncomfortable- not kissing does not mean you wont get any work! she just needs to be focused!
