Perhaphs they had bought the sarees and suits earlier when they had enough money.
Not because they have no money today means they will have to wear simple cloths.
So they are still wearing the cloths they had bought earlier.

Why worried about what they are wearing? Do not use your head for all this nonsence things. Just watch it and forget about it. This is just for enjoyment not for taking test.
