Is Being Human genuine or a facade?

So, the Sanjay Dutt case got me thinking about Salman and his cases.

There's no doubt that Salman has a strong legal team behind him. He's got the money, he's got the power but the prosecution obviously has a very strong case, or it would have been dropped a long time ago. In the court of justice, a lot depends on the judge, there are so many loop-holes and the judge has all kinds of power, that even with all the evidence, if a judge feels you're valuable to society you might walk with a slap on the wrist. So, what would be the first advice that a strong legal team would give a bad boy whose been maligned in the press for years?

Make yourself valuable to society.

How do you do that? One way is to open a massive charity, with all the hype behind it. Make sure its marketed and publicised as THE charity. Put your face to it. Become the messiah. Complete image makeover. You know how well that would play in the court room? Salman Khan, gareebo ka messiah, a changed man. We can't put a messiah behind bars without hardcore evidence. Its genius!

Its just a theory, but I strongly feel Being Human is less of Salman and more a creation of Salman's legal team. Thoughts?

i dont know about all that caz frankly I dont know much about indian judicial system and judge's powers

I am sure Salman doesn't grab the lower middle class and force them to like him.

IMO Philanthropy which is done in a very subtle way should be appreciated than the loud obnoxious in your face charity done for publicity. No one is denying that Being human might be helping the under privileged in some way or another but the main agenda is to gain attention and good will from ppl.
