You know k meri adat hai that I like to watch the WHOLE thing no matter what and sometimes in all honestly it gets tedious. But with this show I wanted to watch the whole thing, like you said. Because everything fits and nothing is a filler. Everything they do/say has a reason and is being done to explain the story and move is forward!

The videos posted by Nipun did not have the precap in it toh I haven't seen it yet but I guess I'll see that scene today. Bani's mother just tugs at my heart and she really puts in in conflict because ek taraf I just want to go to her and tell her to MOVE ON yet on the other hand I so genuinely UNDERSTAND where she's coming from that I can't find it in me to tell her that.. I just.. She touches close to home, that one.

Oh the precap is REALLY touching yaar...so they're at Sukhi's house and the girls are all gathered around the baby...Bani's mom and other ladies are sitting on the side...suddenly the baby drops it's food or something...toh Bani rushes to clean it...she's wiping the floor basically and her mother is watching with tears in her eyes...

Yeah there is something about Bani's mom that I totally empathize with too...like I said, she's well intentioned but life has made her bitter...she's choosing the wrong path for her daughter's happiness but her intentions are genuinely noble...she wants a comfortable, luxurious life for her kids...and I just love how GENUINELY she talks Punjabi...it seems like they've taken some actress from Punjab only. They don't OVERACT...that's what I like...natural acting kar rahein hain...like you said, that kurta bargaining scene yesterday...it tugs at your heart without being melodramatic.


LOL kuch zyada hi dukhti ragein ho gayi hain humaari...haha...nahin yaar MM lift wala mahaepisode was just different...even regarding non-filler aspects...see NBT was just in a totally different space in terms of storytelling...Bani is doing it differently...it's a different kind of family drama...NBT was slice of life.

@bold: WORD yaar! And that's true for everyone on the show from what I can tell. Everyone speaks such genuine Punjabi and that make it so much more endearing! My dad's side of the family is Punjabi so I do understand/have heard it being spoken and I just hate it when people try to fake Punjabi. I mean it is such a WARM language k any fakeness just gets amplified that much more.

Lol!! Abhi it's around 12:30pm here.. Is that when the episode airs? Because then I can start taking lunch around 1:30pm so I can catch it during lunch.

Aik toh ye time difference ki calculation throws me off!! Upar sey DLS ne aur kachra kiya hua hai.. 🤢

It airs around 1:00 pm EST...toh I guess it's 12:00 for you...but good links aren't usually up until 1:45 or something...so I guess you should take lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 to get the time when the vid is uploaded.

I just finished watching aaj ka epi...but the precap is more interesting...finally they showed Rano again...I'm intrigued to know her story.
