As much as this track sounds kekta style, I think they want to make Tanveer as bad as they could.

I dont think she reveals that to Asad as he will never marry her that way. She will cover it up and Zoya detective will find it out before Nikhah.

You know in a way i am sad for asad and Zoya relationship if this happen, but on the other hand i am like it is good for asad if she trick him into marriage it could not have happen to a nicer person.
