Rathod:team we have a new case a bride was murdered and mutilated..we have to reach there asap'chotu and shree your with me and riya you will accompany raute'everybody nodded and rushed out to get to the crime scene.

The atmosphere was very gloomy at the brides place it was suppose to be the most memorable day for the singhania family but it just turned out to be a gruesome and the most unforgettable day for everyone'the singhania family was numb their only daughter the apple of their eye was no more avantika singhania (mother of the bride) was howling and crying, where as the father of the bride was in shock and the person who seemed to be the most disturbed and shattered was krish malhotra(the groom).

The etf was wondering how will the question them in this state'but it was their job and to let sentiments come in the way was one of the privileges that was banned for any cop and they were the etf so they had no choice but to continue their questioning..

Arjun asked krish what happened and he snapped and said what do you think happened here sir my life and my love is no more she was brutally murdered do you really think I am in the state of giving answers to your questions..

Before arjun could speak riya cut in and in a curt tone said mr malhotra we understand that and we are here to help you'to punish the person who snatched your love from you'if you don't give answers then how will you get justice for your love'we need yours and everybody's help here to find out who murdered Sonia singhania(bride) here and we need your co operation.

Arjun just kept staring at her while she spoke'he felt a bit proud because riya had come a long way the ever emotional and rookie cop had transformed into a very mature and sensible cop in just a year.he came out of his trance when krish started speaking.

Krish:I am sorry officers its just that I am not in the state but I will try my level best to help you find my sonia's murderer'everybody was down stairs near the mandap when the panditji asked to get Sonia down for the jai mala'raveena her cousin went to her bedroom to get her and screamed all of us rushed there and the sight is the one thing that I'll never forget in my life'there was blood every where and my Sonia we found her mutilated'how could some one do that and why her ahy my Sonia'now how am I suppose to live without her.

Riya kept a hand on his shoulder and said that mr malhotra please try to hold your self'her parents need you now'you have to be strong for everyone here'I wont say that you will have to move on cause its not easy to forget your love but when ever you do remember ms Sonia try to always recall the good memories you two have spent the ones which bring a smile on your face cause where ever she is now she would always want you to stay happy and live your life'don't give up on love because if you do that then even she would be sad.

Listening to what riya was speaking arjun was reminded of roshni his beautiful and lovely wife'.and this made him angry'cause he felt that riya was not only consoling krish but also conveying her concern and sympathy for him'.he was fuming from inside but he thought he will deal with miss statistics after this case.

The case was solved'it was a psycho lover of Sonia who killed her because he could not have her the team was in the conference room completing their paper work when shree spoke.

I feel so sorry for krish right now'he must have been so happy that day it was his marriage the day he was waiting for so patiently and that same day turned into a horrible nightmare for him.

Riya sighed and said shree sometimes we have no control of whats going to happen in our life'life isn't always fair shree'.we have to face many hurdles,but those same hurdles make us strong make us who we are'.it takes all our strength to pick up the scattered pieces of our life and begin a new'its not going to be easy infact it is going to be next to impossible for krish or who ever has gone through such a traumatic mishap in their life but they have got to try atleast to live their life,cause life is very short and its supposed to be lived to the fullest and the people who have been snatched away from you I am sure they must be looking down upon us and if they see that we are just living for the heck of it and not treasuring our life then we unknowingly make those people sad hurt those people who once meant and still mean the world to us.

Everybody just kept staring at her no one in the room expected that she would have such mature thoughts.everybody came out of their shocked state as raute spoke next.

He snorted and mocked her saying that its very easy for people to give lectures who have been through nothing like that in their life and riya don't assume that I am not getting what your trying to do here'for the last time I am telling you stay out of my life and keep your sympathy with you'I think your parents haven't taught you to mind your own business and not to interfere in others matter and their personal life.

Rathod was going to tell arjun to mind his tounge when riya beat him to it'

Riya went an stood in front of him she had fire in her eyes when she spoke'just because you are a famous cop and your brutal past was published in the newspapers does not mean that no one else other than you has gone through a traumatic event in their life,if you just look around then you might even notice that there are other people in the world who have been through much more than you have'but why will the great cop ever notice that he just needs to find a way to lash out at other people'she took deep breaths to calm her self and continued sir I never did mind you yelling at me cause I knew that you want me to become a better cop that's why I never opposed you but today you just crossed a line sir'never and I mean it never ever speak anything about my parents'then she turned to rathod and said sir is it okay if I complete rest of the paper work at home.

Rathod was speechless seeing this avatar of riya so he just nodded'riya said goodnight everyone and stormed out of the office.

Arjun was numb'he was very angry but he was more hurt than angry cause riya was the only one who understood him completely and she was the only one who he was close to in etf and she had never even raised her voice at him even when he was very harsh with her'but today when she spoke to him like that he felt that some one very precious to him was being snatched from him'he did not understand his feelings and he was very frustrated as well cause he had never bothered or what people spoke about him did not matter to him but riya's words hurt him,she was effecting him in so many ways he thought that he would just live like a corpse as his roshni was not there with him anymore but riya evoked feelings within him he felt like he was coming alive again with her presence in his life'he knew one thing that he had crossed a line mentioning her parents upbringing and he had to apologize but even she had hurt him'he did not know what to do go with his ego or with his heart.
