My PoVs in maroon.. IMHO, Koki may be rude but she is not completely wrong. There are two ways of looking at this.
On the top KOki's strictness may be giving a hearburn but she wants Rashi to be a little more careful and responsible. I guess seeing Koki as a tyrant alone makes it easier to blame her for all this.
Gopi is correct because she keeps quiet and takes all that is dished out to her by UrShi and the rest while Koki is wrong because she stands up against it.. Koki maybe loud but she is not wrong.. Just my PoV of couse😳
