I saw Vivah on Friday. It is a great movie! Very clean, very straightforward...and VERy romantic!

The romance reminds you of Hum Aapke Hai Kaun. Both Shahid and Amrita and all the supporting cast is brilliant.

I would definitly recommend this movie to everyone!

You'll feel good after seeing it. 😊

Same thing I said in the Bollywood News forum -

I watched the film today and liked it 😊 It was a slow paced romantic film. Shahid Kapoor as Prem acted very well. Amrita Rao was good too but was limited to looking pretty, giving shy looks, smiling and crying.
But this one is not for people who like fast paced movies. It's very slow in the beginning and picks up a little pace in the second half. I have to say this movie does not match up to HAHK and Maine Pyar Kiya...but is worth watching - it is a 100% love story just as the other 2.
I give it a 3.75/5 for the story, Shahid Kapoor, some of the songs, and the kid (Shahid's nephew) - he was soo cute 😃 I took away 1.25 points as it was a bit slow, and for the cliched dialogues

Hi Everyone!!!
I am absolutely dying to watch Vivah as it sounds like a fab movie, but am unable to watch to watch it. I have no computer where I could watch it online and I can only check updates etc at the library (1 hour only)
I have to wait for the movie to come out on DVD and I cannot wait that long. So PLEASE PLEASE could someone PM me the crisis that the couple face after the engagement and also what happens at the end. I will appreciate it. I saw the promos of the film (especially the one where the Doli comes out of the burning building).
