ok this is a Very Brief summary:

So I thought they didn't really show that much- nothing new from the promo...
Prithvi finds the ring and gives it to Akash. Meera is all confused😕😆. Akash hits prithvi with the bat, and Prithvi falls into the pool.
I don't know about the whole Rose thing...They never showed that! BUT I think its what we predicted...JUNOON starts NOW! lol Meera thinks Prithvi rejected her, while Prithvi thinks Meera played with his emotions... So a huge misunderstanding enough to fuel all that Passion!! 😃

well dont knw about nafrat but as per Mouni's tweet she says 'things will get sweeter' when someone had commented on feeling sad for Prithvi.

It's always been Nurse-Patient relatioship between MITHVI, Meera bimar hui toh Prithvi nurse ban jaata hai, aur Prithvi Bimar hua toh Meera nurse ban jaati hai. Last time Prithvi saved her life, so now we will see Meera saving his life, they give pain to each other and they heal each other as well.

The rose scence was only for the promo, it was not meant to be a part of the episode. I dont think there will be an MU, but instead Aakash's plan to kill Prithvi will fail. I am sure Meera will spot Prithvi and save him and will take care of him.
