SwaRon: Of Standby's, Comfort and Irony ;)

So needless to say, I absolutely loved the little SwaRon scene in tonight's episode...slightly filmy but SO cute and yet again, SO SwaRon. It is SO like Swayam to start carrying a spare inhaler for Sharon now that he knows she has Asthma. Break-up, make-up, schmake-up...all of that is so irrelevant. Because Sharon has Asthma and Swayam needs to be prepared. End of perfectly acceptable story to every SwaRon fan everywhere. And that's the beauty of it...it doesn't surprise one, and it so beautifully warms up one's heart that after a point the break-up begins to seem irrelevant even to oneself! These two share something completely beyond relationship statuses, and that's a fact. Period.

What I loved most of all, therefore, is that suddenly, after so many sad moments, so many disheartening events, so much pain, so much repression of emotions, Swayam and Sharon are now actually able to smile at each other in candid moments in each other's company, whether alone or bang in the middle of a madly dancing crowd...Sharon can take the standby inhaler from Swayam and thank him for it without any long-drawn awkwardness, agree with his hope that dancing might help her feel better and maybe help her deal with her illness better too, and what's more, she can even dance and laugh with him a bit! 😃

Basically, the irony I mentioned in my topic title lies right in the midst of it all: Swayam and Sharon have officially broken up, with mutual consent and perfect understanding. And in their broken-up status, they appear the closest to each other in the nearly two years we have watched them. When I say closest, I mean emotionally...he knows and understands, and she knows he understands too...and that leads to an unguarded comfort level that I have personally wanted to see in them ever since I became a SwaRon fan. So first of all, yes, TOUCHWOOD. And second, THANK YOU to the writers and Shantanu and Vrushika for making SwaRon such an absolute pleasure to follow through every phase of their bond we have seen so far. 👏

I'm LOVING it, REALLY looking forward to the SwaRon scene tomorrow, and REALLY hoping that their love story will be developed properly from here on too. 😊

Every time,I mentally prepare myself ki,"chalo bhai,Nandu ji ki topic hai and I this time I have to leave a nice,sensible comment" and every time after reading your post,I'm at a complete loss for words. Not fair.😳

Anyway,do I even have to say how much I agree with your topic? Specially with the 'irony' part. That is SO true. Kisne socha tha ki breakup ke baad,SwaRon are actually showing signs of being relaxed and comfortable with each other😊

Though I had kind of expected Swayam to be carrying that spare inhaler with him(its him ofcourse,aisa toh karega hi😃),it still didn't stop me from 'awww'-ing at that scene. That was such a Swayam-ish way of making Sharon feel better. And Sharon's soft 'thank you' with that mild smile is also such a Sharon-ish way of acknowledging his gesture😊

What really surprised me was that little bit at the end of the dance,where Swayam is acting all goofy to try and cheer her up and Sharon goes ahead and flashes that wide,beautiful smile and just continues to enjoy and dance with him. Now,isn't that what we always wanted,from SwaRon ,when they're in a relationship? 😊 But yeh sab mil raha hai humein,ab,after their breakup.😊

And the bigger irony is that we still LOVE it😊

Nandu I have to say such a long post but each and every word you said justifies today's SwaRon scene... It was so Swayamish to carry an extra inhaler for Sharon, only Swayam can do this... also these sweet moments, the way they have become so better responsive to each other, after the truth of Sharon's asthama coming out is such a treat to watch, how Sharon and Swayam can have a mini talk without the awkward feelings coming in between, is so awesome.. Loved todays scene

I somehow had the feeling that a scene like the one we saw today would happen. Carrying a spare inhaler for Sharon is such a Swayam-like gesture. I knew this had to happen!! And you are right about the irony part. It is very ironic that SwaRon seem to so emotionally comfortable with each other at a time when they have mutually broken up. I guess this is the beauty of SwaRon that we fans love so dearly.

Can't say it better than that about what SwaRon share. This was such a feel good episode. That i seriously can't stop smiling. Completely agree there that no one would have been surprised to see Swayam carrying a standby inhalers as it is something which we can expect him to do. I would have been surprised if he had not carried one. And yes the comfort. Couldn't say it better than you. Its really refreshing and satisfying to see SwaRon like this. It kind of bring unexplainable joy to me. I guess I have been waiting to see such scenes of them forever. And about the irony bit couldn't say it better than you.

Thanks Cv's for showing us such a beautiful scene. Hopefully this journey continues towards their confession.

@Maroon...agree agree and agree some more. I loved the way she split into a smile too! It was really unexpected because I was thinking we'd get maybe a look-look-hawa-hawa moment but then as Swayam always says, who wants to be predictable? 😉
