Tanveer can remember what side of Asad's plate that he prefers his linen napkin to be placed but she FORGOT he had a deadly food allergy????

It is said that they are meeting after 20 years so Asad must be 7-8 years old that time.. Was he like this when he was kid.?? Or do they talk on phone or skype about this?
