I dont think its quiet easy. Going out and exposing a big organisation is not so easy that too for a girl of 21. Maybe her parents dont want her to get stuck up in all this ? Or maybe she is just scared ? Everyone can not be so head strong. ( like you or me or anyone else here ) Surprisingly, its like Anandi's character. She could never speak for her even in worst matters, maybe Pratz is same on this front.
As you say you are only 21 probably has not even started to work let me tell what it feels when you are made to work long hours at the age of 21.At 21 I was working long hours from 8 am - 2 am on some days along with doing 24 hour shifts twice a week and most of them time we were up on our feet and running around.I was even more frail and fragile than Pratz weighing mere 30 kgs.I could not cope up with the physical demands of that my profession required from me I used to be extremely tired and cranky because most of the time we missed meals too.I was called by the authorities and was told that if I find it difficult to meet the demands of my job because of my frail physical form I should go and find another field to work.Needless to say I opted to stay back and learnt to cope up with the schedule even if it killed me simply because it was my dream to be in this profession.
If Pratz decided she cannot cope up with the hectic schedule and decided to quit instead of giving into the demands of the channel I fully understand what it feels to work like that from my own personal experience.If she couldn't give what the channel wanted from her I wouldn't blame her.If she decides that she cannot work like that it is fully understandable.
If the channel wants someone who is willing to work long hours it is fully within their rights to take on some one who is willing to work with them on their own terms.
