Does SP has any rights to slap Aakash?

I am just wondering if SP has any rights to slap Aakash? First of all, he changed the DNA results and allowed Aakash to be humiliated and even participated in mocking him despite knowing that Aakash is his son! Then he decided to pay Aakash off to "disappear" from the Scindia's house without any thought on Aakash's feelings. And when Aakash was brought into SM, he disregarded Aakash's prescence and even passed remarks about how he does not belong to SM and needs to be taught manners!! If he never regarded Aakash as his son, what right does he have to slap Aakash to discipline him for throwing the tea at Yash? 🤔

The right to return to the person who'd hurt his son...he considers Yash as his son, I guess that's enough ground for him to react and give back to Akaash :(
