I think that maybe Billo smiled when Zoya was accused because she probably thought it was funny and that Tanveer is Billo and Razia is offering a huge amount for helping her and the cvs are trying to confuse us,I mean its a drama serial of course they won't make thing obvious for us!!

It could either be the maid or Tanveer. I see your point on the nailpolish but at the same time the maid had that smirk on her face when Zoya was being accused. BUT at the same time Tanveer was in a rush to go somewhere but when she couldnt leave she immediately smelled gas and said its gas leak. Wonder why her nose sniffed it and not Asad, or anyone else. Also, she ran to the kitchen. I thought she got scared that if Dilshad lights the match she be dead too. So maybe in order to save her own flesh she screamed gas leak?

Both have been sent by Razia...to find the doll ( maid probably )... And Tanveer to keep the family distracted from the case of finding the doll by embroiling them in petty issues like the ( gas leak and peanut kebabs fiasco ).

Asad and Zoya are both miserable...not looking for clues...voila Tanveer's work done...

Did Tanveer give a reason as to why the meeting was suddenly back on today? Yesterdays epi she said the meeting got cancelled and everyone left her and the maid alone at home. Then today when everyone was back and she fell and twisted her ankle she told Asad that she needs to get to the meeting on time (or something along that line). How come the meeting was back on when a while ago it was cancelled...

And and...Zoya fixed that gas tank before leaving with Najma. so logically the gas would have been on all that time where everyone else was out of the house except for the maid and Tanveer. Sooo she should've smelled the gas long before anyone came home or before she slip and fell...Does this make sense?...
