filler?

was the whole getting drunk and admitting their feelings bit just a bunch of filler episodes by the cvs? Because we've yet to see either RK or Madhubala reflect on what happened that night or even attempt to gather their memories of what occurred. They just forgot and moved on. I kept waiting for the ground breaking moment when either RK or Madhuala would remember something and have some kind of epiphany but none of that happened and now that it's almost 2 weeks later i don't think it'll ever happen. I'm so disappointed, it would have been lovely if either of them remembered that hug
