To COLORS team:
You are in a business of selling an intangible product, but a product never the less. In S and P's AnSh you had a perfect product that became a brand. I'm sure your marketing department knows what branding means and how it impacts customers. You have changed the product and lost the power of a brand. Result'upset customers.
I'm not in a business of selling but I'm an analyst that's in a business of managing people and our product, well I can only tell you that what we do can directly affect people's lives and safety. I have discovered long ago why certain teams have synergy and outperform while others can't do anything right. There is a reason why my division consistently outperforms, produces outstanding results, has staff that enjoys their work, and gets recognition for work well done. Numbers run the world so I never discount the numerology factor in my decisions. Yesterday, we celebrated our excellence as we received news that our work has earned our City a top ranking in the nation and put us in a company of only other 5 cities to ever achieve that. We were proud and very happy that we all got an extra day off.
Pairing S and P was a perfect match for success in your line of business (even I don't have that high of number on my team). Result'together with the rest of the cast they have brought equilibrium to the show. So it's not a surprise to me that they have managed to outdone themselves and create magic all fans are raving about. I'm not surprised they pulled me into watching even though I never watch the soaps. They have cosmos on their side and their partnership in any business will succeed. On the other hand, T with her number disrupts that equilibrium and cuts the team's capacity for a success. Not her fault or anybody else's'you get your numbers at birth and there's nothing you can do about it.
It is important to say that the power of a person's number is always affected by the numbers of others in the mix, so don't think that people have bad/good numbers'there are just bad/good combinations that give positive or negative results or a "vibe," which most people can perceive although can't tell you why, but they can say "I don't know why but I just don't like it" or "this is absolutely amazing, I can't have enough of it."
Any decision has pros and cons and possible outcomes you can factor for. But no matter how careful you are, each action has unintended consequences that will surprise you and you'll have to accept (you can't fight the cosmos). That's why I make sure our team is happy and don't want any of them ever to leave. I do not want to mess with my equilibrium.
Recently a study came out in US saying that there is a perfect amount of sugar for a product that will make you an addict--in marketing they call it a bliss factor. S and P were that bliss factor for your fans, hence the fallout and lack of interest in new pairing.
I'm posting this because of members support, and I wrote this to present an explanation for fans' strong emotions and not to give a sermon, so please keep that in mind. You decide what you should do but you basically have 2 choices'switch back as fast as you can or let it ride as is. Each will have different impact on your business.
