Nice post , Madhu is angel but she doesn't fear to speak . She talks when needed & says with full conviction .

About Revenge track no comments 🤔 !

As usual -- what a clever post!
totally agree, Madhu 's character is deep, kind strong and still unchanged.
But if you want her to step into real life, then the change would have been inevitable. As nobody goes thru what she has gone thru and not change. In the real world she would have been shattered, and then she would be angry and then she would be bitter and then she would be harder.. Only after this process of 'healing'-- she would slowly become herself--sweet ,kind and giving. So for me, Madhu allowing herself to be even in the same room with RK is very reel not real.
But like you said this is fiction and the character is drawn to please the viewers. If the writers had sketched anything real, the forum would have many, many post saying that they have killed Madhu's character.
So, as I see Madhu's character as unreal its so much easier for me to accept Rks revengeful character. All fiction! anything can be done to keep the audience rivetted!
However, I too think that they could have shown Rks mean smirks interlaced btween the love scenes--- would have left us guessing and doubting with anticipation!
As usual a big Thank you --for always keeping us entertained with an awesome post. Hope you celebrated womens day in the grandest way ever!😉

Each and every word of your post is so meaningful and has depth ..in so less words u have the magic of explaining everything...must say An you are indeed an amazing writer!!👏

(Characters can be perfect, act stupid, be a libertine, or just be plain or be highly righteous... They are best judged how they are written and how the writer plays with them)

Characters are not like us..fictional but still no matter what the truth is we start breathing their life..without any acknowledgment they become part of our life..and we start demanding something meaningful and logical...only to end up feeling bad and try to convince us its all fake anyways..a show make us smile, cry, cracks up too..and their wavelength do affect us...!!

(I want to analyse Madhubala's character today and see how she is changing..., trying to move on and at same time wanting to hold on)

Madhu's character has always been inclined towards positivity..she trusted mukund only to get broken..recollected herself to fight another battle..trusted again only to get another shock..her desire to live a happy life filled with love and loyalty..only to learn that was all fake..shez fighting with her heart who is unable to accept the fact and keeps on battling even more..this fight is not only with the betrayal but also with her own desires...!!

(She for me is one of the most consistent characters in the show ...-- and are not puppets of our imagination and story-telling.)

she speaks less but her expressive eyes say everything ..so many times she wanted to say a lot but her anger,frutsration,love,grieves..were so visible in her eyes..sometimes i feel she will burst someday..!!

(P.S.: The same can be said about R.K too...I have no problem with R.K but I have a big problem with the writing of the revenge track.)

I have nothing to justify RK's character..he is a complete mess..Madhu did slap him but she did shower him with all love she had..ready to leave her luxurious life, family evrything, saved his life, gave him the lost love of her mother too..evrything she can and the man dint have a little respect for her kindness...asked the guards to throw her out,,,insulted her mother..treated her like dirt..only for revenge..even if it was he could have made it little better but not..ppl dun even treat thr pets lk ds...how brutally he behaved..shame to him and shame to his superstar status...!!

i wonder if any can relate with him..in the beginning he was evil fine..later was sweet fine ..but what is he now..??

neither anta nor protaginist, neither a hero nor villain, neither evil nor sweet, neither a gentleman nor beast...neither he looks happy nor sad..!!

"The moment when a character does or says something you hadn't thought about. At that moment he's alive and you leave it to him" :- Graham Greene.

loved this quote..

your posts are such a pleasure to read..compeletely loved it..🤗

An,
We tend to be overly critical when a character does something which we think is silly or foolish and very excitedwhen she reacts exactly the way we want her to.
Its like the character is a kathputli of our own imaginations and desires for how she or he should be.
Do we as real people live the life of the character for it by inbibing our own character into it.Does the character madhu represent me in her.
I want her to be me,think like me,react like me.She is my fantasy self. The things i cannot do in real life,i do thru her in my mind. The mass appeal factor.
So writers would make her do things which the average majority identifies with, and when things get monotonous, they make her do something out of the box,to shake us from our comfort zones and elicit extreme reactions, and create hysteria.
Same applies to RK.He is the proverbial bad boy with a teeny weeny good lying buried somewhere deep inside,Now the woman in us wants to see him reformed, lose his bad trait and bring out his goodness.
The lesson learnt from this gr8 ST twist is that the writers are playing with my heart and mind and are manipulating my emotions..🤣
I have become older,wiser and saner.😆
But loved ure post, ccos it made me think.😃

Nimmi 😊

Bold: If something makes us to give extreme reactions that means the writers are doing their job 😊 The creatives are just writing their stories, it's our involvement with the show is playing without mind and heart and we feel, they are manipulating our emotions. See it from a distance and the impact will be less.

Thank You, Bash 😊

Women's Day was spent by watching the lady of this show first lecture the Don on parenting skills and then by giving left, right and center to her Ex-Husband. Good Fun 😆😆😆

Bold: There should have been some hints dropped or if not also, they should have not shown certain scenes that established his love for her. In Kahaani, when everything was explained, everything made sense and one could connect the dots. 😊 Here, I am still unable to figure that out and today's episode again made me think, it was no revenge 😆😆😆

Fiction imitates real life but it still remains fiction. If she was not in the same room as R.K, there would have been no face to face conflict and fiction runs on conflicts.

Viewers are often fickle minded and they often view characters wearing their own shoes. That happens in real life too, we judge and interpret others based on how we see things and not from that person's point of view.

It's always a pleasure reading your replies. 😊

agree much with you. the first paragraph is the romantic license of fiction ,and when done well, its connects.
