Like any other husband, Jaggiyya wanted anandhi to study with him and dress little modern for him. But, then Anandhis priorities were shown only to impress her in laws, did not care about her husbands feelings.
That doesn't mean jagaiyya can have an another relationshiwith someone modern and well educated. For more drama his character was ruined. But, bottom line, when jaggiyya saw gauri, he imagined Anandhi to be that way and he just fell for false attraction.
Now Anandhi is shown changing herself because her sister in law wanted a modern babhi. what an irony?
This shows how Jaggiyya image was dropped to develop more drama. If only Anandhi listened to jaggiyya in the first place and joined him to Perdue her MBBS along with jaggiyya, he would have never turned into jagath.
Jaggiya was always shown to make quick decisions, but also was shown how he understood his mistakes and felt sorry about it. The way he was shown from childhood, he always adored Anandhi and listened to her every word.
Somehow, all these facts were forgotten, and jaggiyA was turned into Jagath and what not...
I somehow always feel this show could have headed in a different direction too.

Great post trying hardly to find some logical constructive critcism here but all i see is an unfair prejudice So what they do here show him 24/ 7 in hospital does he have no life apart from being a doctor ?only the great collector sahab have? Gehna is also under his care where he should leave her ? For 4 long days cvs didn't show him send him to hospital when actor was on leave i hope you remember that or forgot? it was in last week i believe.and Romance where is romance ? please lemme know Romance happen where there is love ? where is love here both haven't declared each other as friends and you are talking about romance. Were cvs having long eye locks playing romantic songs in BG.?
