I saw so much symbolism in the scene where Madhav and Rahul place their hands over Aradhya's mouth that I couldn't stop myself from making this post!
1) Rahul reaches Aradhya's mouth first: this could be an indication of Aradhya being touched by Rahul first. I don't mean touched in the literal sense, well, I kind of do. Aradhya will fall for Rahul first. She'll fall for what can be seen at face value. She'll fall for his physical "touch", meaning she'll fall for his looks. She'll be lustfully attracted towards him.
2) Madhav's hand held Rahul's hand in place: This could mean that Madhav might try and bring his friend Rahul closer to Aradhya, and try and keep them together if they ever do get together. He'll try his hardest to not let their closeness break. He himself will feel like he has no chance with her, so why not hook her up with his best friend right? Especially if one of them is attracted to the other.
3) Madhav's hand reached Aradhya's mouth after Rahul's: This one is clear. He'll be behind his best friend when it comes to touching her, or in other words, when it comes to physical attraction.
4) Aradhya's eyes looked at Madhav first: This was what I found fascinating. Although Rahul physically touched her first, Aradhya's eyes found Madhav first. Aradhya will emotionally touch Madhav, she won't need her physical attraction with Rahul anymore now, because she can see the inner beauty in Madhav. Although she may fall for Rahul first, she will not be able to connect with him on emotional level until she connects with Madhav.
Note: All of this is pure speculation. I'm in no way saying that any of this will happen, nor am I claiming to believe it. I simply pointed out what may happen based on what I noticed in the episode today!
