Did anyone see the hug he gave to tanveer.
A long lost friend?? Really?
And being such a conservative person!!

Well because in Islam there is no touching such as hugging with opposite gender before marriage 😛 and since Asad is supposed to be a conservative and religious man it seems sort of out of character. He's hugged Zoya too but not in same situation as he is with tanveer.
But let's see she is his childhood friend, maybe their equation was always more frank.

Completely out of character. This is the kinda guy who doesn't let his sister wear jeans, doesn't look his secretary or even Nikhat, his separated sister, in the eye and janab chale 20 Saal puarani friend, now a fully grown woman, ko hug karne. Lol. Zoya would've had enough of heartbreak without him hugging Tanveer or him slapping Zoya. Why butcher the character!
