The film Saajan had same kinda story. Madhuri crazy about a guy named Saagar and Sunjay Dutt( who originally was Sagar) sends Salman to meet up Madhuri as Saagar. It's only at the end the truth was revealed.

it is not like saajan the cvs defnitely will give some twist i dont think they will reveal ehsaas so soon neither rahul nor madhav will come it is just a promo twist to attract the viewers
