Today's episode- not bad

Today i liked the way shiv handled his mother and meenu was equally understanding. Ira is a mother so her feelings for her son's future is quite normal. But i think because of the replacement and to drag the show next 4 or 5 days the cvs have brought this track in my opinion. But as long as the story is good and shiv, Bhairon characters are there i wont stop watching BV

Yeah chumki, after the initial shock wears off, i would definitely say i trust bv cvs.

I think even this track is important because this habit of parents interfering in their married children's life is quite an issue...we Indians need to change our mentality and trust our kids with their decisions...to me it looks so stupid to say that your 30+ son/daughter will not be able to handle any situation so let's step in without their consult...there are two points shown in this track...the openess b/w parents and kids about the sex topic and the less interference in their married life...it actually happens in real life too and sometimes one or the other spouse brings their parents in middle of the private matters even when the their partner is not comfortable with it...if you have got your child married then it means you must have thought that he/she is of proper age to accept and take another individual's responsibilities with his/her problems too...so why interfere when the testing time comes...i loved the point Shiv raised that how can she not trust her so matured son and if he is not bothered about this part of his marriage than why does she needs to complicate the matters...i suggest Ira should watch Vivah as in the movie Anupam Kher and many other actors have described marriage very accurately and positively...Anupam clearly told Shahid that marriage is about accepting someone and giving your self to some one with trust and love and also make yourself responsible enough to handle your partner with its baggage...i know its irrelivant to the topic but indirectly Shiv had said the same thing so the movie just came in my mind

The voiceover at the end of the epi today said it all!!! Very apt!!

Today's episode was not bad. They showed some reality there. Life styles are changing. Married couples in the cities at least have lot more freedom from their in laws. Though Ira was too hasty in her actions, i dont blame her. She was really worried and upset about the whole thing. She is not the type to interfere or controll unnecessarily.
