So now we are introduced to all the key characters in the show. in Madhav's family every one is having dark complexion.

Madhav's Mom is a princy so the portrayal of strict and tough task master. But at the same time, persons in teaching profession understand people better. Especially teachers, they are good in observing behavior patterns. I am surprised that she is trying to insist on Madhav instead of trying to build confidence in him.

Also she herself is having insecurity about her looks probably those are transferred to Madhav. We should see how her two other kids are in facing the world with their dark complexion.

and oh btw, I think Madhav's insecurity with his looks is also because of his mom ..she is so serious and it's visible that she is insecured about her looks

yes madhav's mom is strict and to some extend strictness can lead to problems...she was telling her husband to encourage her son but she is behaving bad with rahul as well na?if she is sensible she shouldnt be shoing the partiality between kids that too due to complexion...

Yup. Being a Princy or mentor, Madhav's mom shub be broadminded in all respect.. Being obligative, strictand discriminative doesnt make sense.. The way she was insisting Madhav was utter wrong where in she shud have tackled the situation feeling her son and his feelings and shud have acted accordingly..

Yeah... some how, in this show both the parents have issues with parenting. Its a bit refreshing to see a bit realistic characters like these compared to the characters from books in other shows.

Yes. She is showing jealousy on Rahul. I remeber Ragini's mom from Bidaai. There also the foster child Sadhana was more good looking than her own daughter.

This Princy is behaving a bit indifferent towards her son's issues
