SS: THE NIGHT to forget Pt 16

It just reached midday and Arnav grabbed the car keys and was about to make his way upstairs before Akash stopped him asking ''Bhai, do you want to take Dadi in your car?'' ''Excuse me?'' Arnav was confused ''The amusement park? Driving there...?'' Arnav caught on and understood what was going on. ''Hold on Akash'' Arnav went straight upstairs to his bedroom where Khushi was getting together last minute things for their outing. ''Khushi'' Khushi turned around with a huge smile across her face ''Hello Arnav ji...I'm so excited about our first outing. It's going to make alot of great memories so i've packed a camera - can't miss a moment.'' Khushi then picked up a blue side bag and said ''Remember, this is the bag i've packed everything for Anisa. From her milk and nappies to sun cream and a couple of her favourite toys.'' ''Okay Khushi...'' Khushi then picked up a cream side bag and begun to speak again in her usual fast pace before Arnav could even continue ''This bag will carry all of our things...'' ''Khushi, why is the whole family joining us at the amusement park?'' ''Because that's what this day was about? Arnav ji, you do know that in order to have a family outing, the family has to be there'' ''By family, i meant me, you and Anisa'' Arnav frowned ''Listen mister, technically i didn't invite them because i only told Nani about the family outing and she assumed everyone was going...but i am sorry'' Khushi held her ears and cutely said ''Forgive me?'' Arnav laughed at his view of Khushi holding her ears asking for forgiveness like a little child. Arnav took hold of her hands making her let go of her ears ''Khushi, there's no problem with the whole family going with us you know. It's fine.'' Arnav smiled at Khushi then placed a chaste kiss on her cheek; the first kiss since the night they slept together. Khushi was taken by surprise and blushed crimson as she immediately became embarrassed and shy. Arnav was taken aback by Khushi; she was dressed in a long white anarkali dress with gems around the neck line and arms. Her hair was left out and was flowing long and sleekly along her back. The divine smell of her perfume was travelling to Arnav's nose, bewitching him within seconds. Arnav slowly begun to step towards Khushi who was innocently looking nervous. With each step Arnav took towards Khushi, Khushi stepped backwards. Arnav looked over to the empty cot and quietly in his husky voice said ''Where's Anisa?'' Khushi looked straight towards the cot then back into Arnav's eyes ''An-Anisa-sa...'' Khushi was breathing heavily, becoming extremely nervous ''She-she is with Nan-ani ji'' Before Khushi could look over her shoulder to see backwards, she bumped against the cupboard and her eyes widened as she noticed how close Arnav had gotten to her. ''What-what are you doing?'' Khushi's heart was beating hard; she quickly looked down at her chest then straight back at Arnav then gulped. Arnav moved Khushi's loose hair away from her face and caressed her cheek. Khushi was wearing full on ruby red lipstick and her hot lips were calling out to Arnav, possessing him. Arnav tilted his head, moving his lips closer to hers. His lips hoverred over hers; until he couldn't resist any longer and went for it; he pressed his lips into hers and kissed her like they were living a whole life in one moment. Khushi drifted in the hot kiss, eye's shut and heart pounding like it would jump out of her body. She moved her hands along Arnav's arms and gripped on tight when she reached his strong muscular biceps. Arnav let go and they were both left slightly panting. Arnav caressed Khushi's cheek and looked at her passionately before Manoroma from downstairs called out ''Arnav, Khushi, if you two are ready now, can we leave pleaj?'' Arnav and Khushi both broke from their eye lock and looked towards the door. Khushi's eyes widened in fear and she gently pushed Arnav away who was up close to her. ''Come on Arnav ji, we've got to go'' Arnav smiled at her and Khushi was on her way walking fast out of the room saying ''Grab the two bags on your way down'' Arnav glowed as he smiled, shaking his head.
Everyone was waiting downstairs for Arnav. He was at the top of the stairs, making his way down with two sidebags hanging off each shoulder. When he got to the bottom everybody looked at him with wide eyes, gaping, shocked but amused. Anjali was looking at her phone and as she moved her head upwards to look at Arnav she begun to say ''What took you so lon-'' As she looked towards Arnav she stopped with wide eyes and was holding back a giggle. Khushi walked in from the kitchen ''Shall we leave?'' she then looked towards Arnav who had red lipstick smothered all over and around his lips. Everybody looked towards Khushi who's lipstick was smudged around her lips. Khushi's eyes widened and she blushed once again. Khushi quickly covered her mouth in embarrasment and rapidly turned and walked out of the room. Arnav was confused and asked ''What is it?'' Akash awkwardly looked at Arnav and pointed towards his lips saying ''Bhai, your lips'' Everybody burst out laughing and Arnav's forhead creased in confusion before he walked towards the mirror on the wall and saw his lips. His eyes widened and he looked around then down at the floor as he walked out of the room to clean up. Khushi walked back in awkwardly followed by Arnav who had a 'get over it' face on. Arnav then said ''Come on, lets go'' Everybody held back there laughs and smiled at Arnav and Khushi who were awkwardly walking straight towards the door with Anisa in Khushi's hands before everybody. Shyam's face twisted in anger and he pushed his hair back with his hand.

As they arrived and entered the big amusement park they saw the place full of kids running around and people enjoying rides of which brought a smile on their face but the biggest one on Khushi's. ''Wow, this is going to be so much fun!!'' Khushi was clapping her hands together and couldn't keep her excitement in which made everyone smile at her like she was a child. The baby was in Arnav's arms and was smiling with wide eyes towards him ''Do you want to go on a ride, beautiful?'' The baby giggled at Arnav making him widen his smile. He then said to everybody ''Me, Khushi and Anisa will go on some rides together. You guys go enjoy some rides too and we'll meet with you in half an hour near the food court for lunch'' Everybody agreed and were on their way.

Arnav and Khushi with Anisa made their way towards the boat rides. They were on the boat and Arnav still had Anisa in his hands because Khushi was too scared to hold her ''Arnav ji, i'm going to fall. I'm going to fall'' Arnav laughed at Khushi who was holding onto the sides of the boat. He got one hand and put it into the water and then splashed water onto Khushi. Khushi screamed in fear ''Arnav ji!'' He then held onto her hand with one hand saying ''Khushi, relax...You're safe'' Khushi squeezed tight onto Arnav's hand with both hands then warned him ''Hold onto Anisa!'' ''Khushi, relax, she'll be fine! You need to relax, nothing's going to happen to you or Anisa'' ''I can't believe i let you talk me into coming on this boat ride'' ''I didn't realise your fear was this bad'' Arnav laughed and the baby joined him. Khushi got annoyed ''Now my daughter's laughing at me?'' Arnav just continued to laugh ''Look, the ride is almost over now'' They came back on land and Khushi took the baby into her arms in relief ''Thank God!'' Arnav shook his head in amusement at Khushi then said ''Come on, lets go on that tea cup ride...let's just hope you're not scared of teacups too'' Khushi scowled at Arnav as they made there way to the next ride. After a few rides they came to the food court meeting with the family. Akash then said ''I'll go get the pram from the car for the baby'' Akash returned with the pram and Arnav set it up then put the baby in securely.
After they all ate and the baby was fed, they decided to get back to having fun and going on rides. Nani took the pram and told Arnav and Khushi ''I need a bit of rest, and as it is i'm not fond of all these rides. You two go spend some time together whilst I watch Anisa, okay?'' Arnav and Khushi reluctantly agreed then finally went to a nearby ride whilst Nani was sat at a food stand with the pram. Arnav and Khushi kept looking backwards towards the baby as they didn't want to leave her. Arnav then told Khushi ''Stop looking back, she's with Nani, she'll be fine.'' Khushi looked down ''Sorry...I...I just don't feel completely comfortable leaving her like this...sorry'' Khushi shook her head ''You're right, she's fine. She'll be fine...I don't need to worry. I'm just being stupid'' Khushi then looked up to see Arnav, who to her surprise was continuessly looking back at the baby worried himself. ''Oi Mister! You're looking back yourself! Telling me to stop looking'' Arnav looked towards Khushi ''Sorry...it's hard, you know?'' Khushi pouted ''hmmm''.
They finally reached the closest ride to Nani and the baby. ''A rollercoaster'' ''Arnav ji, this looks scary'' Khushi looked up at how big it was and gulped, twisting her fingers beside her. She then looked back at the baby who looked far away already and Khushi didn't want to go any further away from her. ''Come on then'' Khushi gulped once more.
Arnav and Khushi were both strapped in the rollercoaster. ''Arnav ji, have you ever been on one of these things before?'' ''Khushi i've never been to an amusement park before, what do you think?'' ''So you don't know how scary this is'' The ride begun and slowly trailed along the tracks; Khushi immediately held onto Arnav's hand and sqeezed it tight. Suddenly the real ride begun and the rollercoaster was running super fast. Surprisingly, Khushi was enjoying the ride and was screaming out of joy at the top of her lungs whilst Arnav beside her was shaking out of fear, squeezing Khushi's hand tight. The ride stopped and Arnav and Khushi got off ''Wow Arnav ji, I never knew it would be so much fun!!! That was amazing, wasn't it?!'' Khushi turned around to face Arnav who had gone pale and to her surprise was looking like someone scared the daylights out of him. ''Arnav ji, are you okay?'' Khushi caught on that he didn't enjoy the ride and was infact left frightened. Khushi couldn't help herself and burst out laughing ''Looks like i'm not the only one who can get scared of rides'' Arnav scowled at Khushi ''I wasn't scared, I w-just...I just...'' Arnav didn't know how to reply and became frustrated ''Oh shut up Khushi, come on.'' Khushi giggled to herself once more before she followed Arnav walking back towards the baby.
Nani asked them ''So did the two of you enjoy the ride?'' Khushi was getting the baby out of the pram and into her arms. ''I enjoyed it Nani ji...What about you Arnav ji? How did you find the ride?'' Khushi was holding back her laugh as she teased Arnav. Arnav looked a little mad and impassively said ''Yes Nani, it was nice'' Khushi whispered to the baby half giggling ''Daddy didn't like the ride at all really'' The baby begun to giggle with Khushi. Arnav heard Khushi and looked at her shocked. He gaped at Khushi and raised his eyebrow at her; suddenly he felt a smile rising across his face and tried to hold it back but before he knew it he was laughing along with Khushi. ''It isn't funny Khushi'' ''Yeh? Then why are you laughing?''
Shyam and Anjali came and joined them. Shyam asked ''what are you two laughing about?'' Shyam killed their laughter and they looked at eachother then turned to Shyam and together gave him a big dirty. Shyam thought to himself ''Laugh as much as you want you two. Your crying days are just around the corner. Infact brace yourselves today itself...By tonight, you're going to have to dig a whole in your heart''
