Do think RK's concern for Madhu in the new promo is genuine? Or Madhu said she is willing to surpass all limits to hurt RK is she faking her injury this time around??

I think Rk's concern for MB is fake. After all these revenge drama its impossible to trust him. I don't think Madhu can fake she only claim to do so she is so naive to fake
