To get his wife and child back, he gave the property to Ayesha including home.

He knew very well, how ayesha is. He left all his family at her mercy, without even a thought that they will be in hell. Couldn't he just divide the property and give ayesha her share and his share ?

No Dear, it's not Ram Kapoor who is selfish. Infact he readily gave up all his status n luxuries for His Love and chose to stay with Priya, who means the world to him. The Smile on his face, even after losing his Empire to a Ungrateful n Undeserving person like Ayesha..speaks volumes of how much he really cares for money n cherishes finding little joys in Life with loved ones. Ram giving up property, could be a part of his plan or may be not...story is yet to unfold on that. And I will wait to see it. But I'm shocked at Priya's silence and absolutely no guilt or responsibility for supporting her little sister all this while. Most irritating part was the precap, Priya readily agrees to leave when Ayesha questions Ram why she is there. Why is Priya Didi taking all this crap from Ayesha, even after seeing her true colors n how she snatched away Ram's hard-earned money?? This isn't selfishness or what?

why don't Priya say anything to Ayesha, how dare was she to ask her to leave, I was feeling like slapping her, but I think Priya still believe Ayesha is Ram's wife though we know that illegal but still she believe that, and it is right time that Ram again marry Priya legally may be then only Priya will not be in guilt, guys in fact in Monday promo I saw Priya wearing mangalsutra, I may be wrong but I think I have seen that, and in any case Ram has already announced Priya as his wife in front of his business colleague so according to the world she is Mrs. Priya Ram Kapoor

Ram isn't selfish. It was revealed in season 1 that he has nothing in his name but a pharamceutical company. All his companies were divided amongst niharika, Sid, Ishika, Rishabh and Nuts. Now since Nih and Sid are gone, I'm sure he has named the companies in KK's name.

So no body is a pauper. They all have their share. As for his decision of naming everything after Ayesha, it wan't influenced by anyone. He decided to give everything to her. Priya didn't ask him to do so neither wanted anything from him.

To all those pointing fingers at Priya, how can Priya tell Ayesha to leave if everything is now under Aeysha's name? Technically when Ayesha's truth came out, all the property was transferred under her name. So neither Priya nor the Kapoors could have done anything. Had Ram consulted anyone before transferring, somebody would have shown him the light. But what has happened has happened.

I am happier to see modest RaYa together than seeing rich Ram nursing conda and living separately from Priya.

😳 bechara pehlii baar touu selfish hua hai for his love n betii... us pr bhii aap loogo ko aitraaz haiii 😭 for the frst tym both RAYA have left their mahanta!!! I am very happy fr their this step.. selfish ho ya kuch bhii... kub tk doosron k liyee sacrifice karenge

this is not selfishness yaar he gave property equally to everyone n he is travelling in autos dat goongha rishabh not even once asked abt ram's whereabouts(i dont expect from kapoors though) just started complaining abt ayesha
