The final episode of 'Yeh Khamoshiyan' will air as a Maha Episode on Saturday 23rd February. The show has been under the scanner for weeks as ratings were down in the 19:30 slot.

'SaraswatiChandra' is based on the popular novel 'SaraswatiChandra' written by Govardhanram Madhavram Tripathi. This famous novel was also made into an award winning film which had yesteryear actors, Manish and Nutan. The story of the serial is that of a middle class Gujarati family and their two daughters. It will depict the clash in ideologies of the extended family.

The show has a huge cast with Gautam Rode playing the lead he will eassy the role of Saraswatichandra, Jennifer Winget is casted for the female lead role. Jennifer will be essaying the role of Kumud.

'SaraswatiChandra' will launch on Monday 25th February at 19:30.

It is also rumoured that 'Kaal Ek PunarAvtar' will be ending in early March, to be replaced with 'MasterChef India' in the second weeek of March in the weekday 20:00 slot. BizAsia will confirm developments soon.

_________

Replacing a great show like Kaali with MasterChef would definitely clear all my doubts that SP has totally lost it..!🤔 Nothing has been confirmed yet but rumors mean big thing in the world of SP. Kaali encourages the society to fight against evil without losing hope and unlike those typical saas-bahu rona dhona, it presents the reality of our society to us.😊

NOOO!!!!
Agree with the above comments
Kaali is a Tv serial that does not revolve around the petty, trivial 'problems' of only the rich people but instead takes as its focus, the serious and never-ending subject of corruption in society and having an ordinary mother/teacher as the leading force behind 'Kaali' is something new to mainstream Indian Tv and to some extent, unlike the typical and predictable plots and characters churned out by star plus drama.

I think this is something those CVs need to realise as well, rather than getting carried away with the younger characters vanity in the show which is happening far too much now, left, right and centre and actually is just the exact thing i abhor as even the love in these shows becomes petty and repetitive. ugh. Romance in moderation please. Are the producers only concerned about viewer ratings more than the creative angle in the show? I'll have to keep watching to see.. But why replace Kaali and not the other current shows, all because of viewer ratings????

Star Plus trp's are everything for them .Their focus is always on business. No matter how strong, relevant concept, great actors, great technical team they dnt give a chance.
Kaali is a seasoned show.last season had 120 episodes or so.This season will also be like that.Hope they won't end kaali soon but end after completion of 120-150 episodes
