What kind of personality should an actress have in Bollywood to be successful. She can not be boring or modest , because she will FLOP ( e,g Gracy Singh), however she can not be to bitchy , because then people will not take her serious ( e.g Malika Shwerart)

So what kind of personality is required to make it big in Bollywood

She has to have that "masala" ingredient. She should be shy but not that shy, diplomatic but not too safe, bold but not vulgar, modest but not boring. All in all someone that actually doesn't exist in the world.

Confident but humble. Shouldn't make outrageous comments without thinking. Should focus on her work more than feuds with other actresses. Shouldn't be a drama queen. So basically Madhuri

confident, humble and should know her strorng and weak points, outspoken and frank but should not get into controversy every now and then and most of all should remain honest to her work and along with personality most important ACTING ABILITIES which majority of nowadays actresses lack. Basically kind of personality 90s actresses had especially Kajol
