Mumbai: It seems actress Chandni Bhagwanan as Amita, still has to wait for her romantic pairing with Amit (Nishad Vaidya) on Sony TV's Amita Ka Amit! The latest is that a new actress is being roped in on the show, and she will be seen opposite Vaidya. A former TV show anchor, Aaradhana Jagota as Snehal Sarabhai is set to mark her debut as a television show actress with this Siddharth Kumar Tewary's production.

Says a source related to the project, "Her entry on the show happens when Amit and his mother go to matchmaker to search for a bride, where Amit spots a picture of Snehal. His mother learns that the girl is in fact the daughter of her childhood friend Rujuta, and is happy to initiate the wedding talks." However Vaidya isi n for a heartbreak as Snehal rejects the marriage proposal! As Snehal Sarabhai, Aaradhna Jagota will be seen as a modern day business girl on the show.

With one more twist in the tale, it seems Amita will have to wait for sometime before her romance track with Amit takes off.
