Nazim loses five kilos
While most people have to sweat it out for hours in the gym to shed a few kilos, all Mohammed Nazim, who plays Ahem in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, had to do was visit Bhuj for a few days. But the taxing schedule had its own benefits. Nazim says, "I lost five kilos after the Bhuj schedule and have come down to 69 from 74. The outdoor shoots were taxing and exciting at the same time. I got to see salt fields there. I still dream of the running sequence in Bhuj almost every night. I hope the dreams vanish soon, as it affects my sleep."
