ummm AB- is a rare blood group BUT it can receive blood from ANYONE! both khushi and Arnav are O- that means that they can both donate blood to Arshi!!

• Type O can donate to anyone
2. Receiving
• A can receive from A or O
• B can receive from B or O
• Type AB can receive from anyone

While i don't agree with Anjalis logic about not donating blood because Arshi isn't Arnav and khushis biological child; but i do understand her hesitancy to donate in general, giving blood is risky for both her and the child.
