The last three contests have seen Debojit, Ujjaini/ Aishwariya and Sanchita as the winners. They are all from east zone and looks like east zone is very passionate about contestants from its zone. Without any doubt they all were very talented and deserved to be the winners. But there are also equally talented contestants like Nihira, Hemu, other jodis in EMAET, and Pawani etc who could not make it. Is it just a coincident that all the winners have been from east zone. How important is the east connection to win saregama contest..

East zone votes also counts thr Online votes too...

Thats why home region is showing more votes

In Zee only its happening....

In II-1 & II-2 Aditi Antara Monali didnt win Not even come to TOP 4 atleast 😕 ...

So Its obvious that the online votes making soem difference too... 😃

I guess in east, SRGMP is more popular than Indian Idol. Also Aditi was good, but Antara and Monali okay. People in east prefer casting and pouring votes for the talented ones. Debojit, Ujjaini, Sanchita are far better than Monali, Antara.

Well, I am not sure what kind of machali can make one sing better..but my wild guess is some singing machali😃

I don't think that Sanchita's support was mostly from the east. Ujjaini was
competing against Banjyotsna - -both east contestants.

As a Bengali, I am psyched that Bengal produces such talent. As an Indian, I
am proud that India appreciates talent.
