In Punjab, people don't even know about MB!

Hey All

I live in Australia, but am from Punjab. I have some VERY sad news to you all. In Punjab NO ONE watches Colors. And I am damn serious. No one even FLICKS to that channel. IT IS ONLY SP people watch in Punjab.

And in this week's TRP's they are including Punjab. I don't know the TRP's, haven't seen them, but am quite sure that the TRP's will decrese 😭

I know that no one watches because I asked ALL my friends and families, and trust me- I must have asked AT LEAST 100 people through email, phone, social messaging and others people. NO ONE knew that there was a show called Madhubala

I know , stupid.

I have told them to watch it- but they said that Colors was a stupid channel. I have convinced most of them to try out the show. But...

PS- I am not damn sure about this, but I know that most people don't watch MB. PLEASE don't take me offensively...

PPS- I do like MB, not a hater!!!

ohh, in south india if they do not watch it is understood of language problem what happended to north...that too punjab ...

People are devoted fans of Star Plus 😭

LIGIT when I isited PUNJAB before MB started, THE ONLY channel on 24/7 was SP. Over their, everyone watched DABH and SNS and Pyaar Ka Dard.

NOTHING else! and then they watch Zee Tv- Pavitra something or Punar Vivah

Colors need to start promoting their channel more or else doob jayega..😭 Uff MB is such a wonderful show bt ppl don't try anything new...always stuck up in saas bahu dramas ufff

Ya trp dropped partially for the same reason. It was already told in some article. Let the digitization be complete. True trp's will be out then.

My dad's currently posted in Punjab but here almost everyone watches Madhubala. Not a single soul who doesn't know about this show. But there is other part of punjab too where my relatives live and yes, they donot know about the existence of colors only, leave alone Madhubala. They say that they only watch Star Plus or Zee and never change to other channels.

To say that no one in Punjab watches Colors is making quite the broad statement I'd like to see backed up by some actual facts instead what appears to be your own experiences in a few households. I'm sorry but have you been to every house in Punjab to know this as fact?

True I don't live there, nor have I ever lived there, but the majority of my extended family that lives in India live in Punjab and I know from my conversations with several of them, that they have watched BV for years along with other Colors shows which includes Madhubala.

If you're making this statement in regards to the reasons behind low TRPs this week for the show (and other Colors shows) how do you then explain the numbers from last week which included the new states contributing to the TRPs.

Just saying.
