Sexless marriage-a shame

Inadvertently, SSK deals with 2 aspects of marriage- sexless marriage(Rosid) and pre-martial sex(Naina)(if they did have it). But I would like the former in focus, for marriage without sex is a travesty of the institution of marriage. Of course, I know that all the self-professed rosid fans will jump at me, I for one, realize that love is above physical relationships. but in the beginning of marriage, sex is an essential component, We see this dealt with in Balika Vadhu too, but the situation of Anandi is different.
It also sounds a bit unnatural the way it has been protrayed, and far from real. I think this disconnect to real life is clearly visible, as the viewers in this very forum used to tarso for a Rosid romantic scene.

What I want to point out is God, when he made man, provided a mechanism for the creatures to enjoy the physical body, and if it is not done at youth, it is certainly a rejection of the creation of God.

As Sahir rightly puts it-
Yeh Bohg bhi ek tapasya, apmaan rachaita ka hoga rachana ko agar thukraaoge.

I dont think Rosid were the spiritual type, but this kind of abstinence needed to have been portrayd better.

LOL I guess we've been jumping a lot since we are all quite stressed out already on what's gonna happen to our favourite couple. But you are right sex is a part of marriage, and the only reason they didn't show that between Rosid all this time because first they had to become really close friends given the situation they got married in. And after they both confessed that they loved each other, it wasn't right to show them making love, not with all the Khushi drama and after all the family have to sleep in one room together. I'm sure there will be a proper track for their romance but that's going to be afterwards when this whole naina thing and guilt is over.😛

in real life wht u said may/may not be right but This is a serial. u dont marry and then jump into bed. it takes time. in almost all serials the couples learns to understand each other first, learn to respect each other, fall in love, and when they both r ready and cvs r ready then they will have xxx. not right away. there r many couples in serials who still haven't had xxx who r married longer than ROSID. and all the wait add more suspense into their romance and TRP. same as in the case of ROSID. u just have to wait and watch. xxx is a part of marriage but marriage w/o xxx is not a shame. u have xxx when u both decide u want to have xxx both in real world and reel world.
