I have been thinking the exact same thing ... If it really matters to her even after 2 months of closure of show then she must stop hiding behind her actors. Come forward and clear everything if you want to.

I agree with what you imply.

I wont even talk of Barun here but just Gul. No doubt she is a woman with immense talent and story-telling prowess but that unfortunately lasts till her interest in the 'babies' she creates. I would have once said that I'd always, always, be grateful to her for giving me IPKKND but unfortunately, that has now been overshadowed by the PR mess and the screwed up story (near the end) that she hurled at our faces.

And yes, that damned open letter still hurts.

@BOLD I agree... If it does not matter to her, then why does she discuss this in the interview so long after the show's end? Even here in IF, the HQ of all her bashing, we had considerably finished it up and yet she gives this statement. Why is she trying to clear the air indirectly? She has access to her YT channel. If she wants to defend herself, she can easily post a message there. Sure, some people would continue to bash her but at least she would stop being so indirect with us.

The way she presents that argument in those interviews, it's a little strange. I can't make out whether she is trying to clear the air or merely discussing it in an off-handed, I-dont-really-care-yet-I-do way.

But how can Barun be unprofessional when he made it clear that he was on board for ONE year?!

Gul is unprofessional for leaking that Barun is leaving the show to a journalist. Why couldn't she do it herself or let Barun do it? Why the open letter if she wished to continue with the show?

Have we not discussed this enough? This post is SOO late that it's not even funny anymore. Let's move onto the more happier things in this forum and refrain from discussing Gul being unprofessional and Barun being unprofessional. It leads no where at all!
