Ayan looks like he might have lice in his hair...always scratching his hair. I think his hair is intentional... When he falls for Zoya and tries to show that he has grown up , he will cut his hair. ...just my guess...

I actually don't mind the facial hair on Asad, but Ayaan, homeboy needs some sort of haircut and Shireen should go back to her hairstyle in the initial episodes. I love Zoya but the girl needs to change up her outfits just a tad bit.

He will shave for V'day special i think..

i think Mamoo needs to grow a natural beard instead of that fake one. Its just..way tooo fake to be called..FAKE!
