LOL, they were watching Tamil movie. Sure Najma was getting it but Surbhi😆 and she was one who observed villagers talking english🤣

It is definitely Chandramukhi. Swamiji didn't talk in English. The producers of Qubool hai just played it mute and added english words to seem like it was coming from the movie they were watching. But it was definitely edited.
