Her accent isn't British, atleast to me it did not sound like that.

Very eloquent speaker. I've always liked Freida, she's well put together, and never in your face. Re. her accent, yes it's a new development but it doesn't bother me because (1) it sounds natural rather than forced; (2) She' working in England if she didn't adapt her accent she would have been ridiculed.

The stuff she says about her mums experiences, quite frankly not surprising at all - we all know this is common practice in India. I'm just glad people are finally starting to speak against it rather than just burying the problem.
