punar vivah

i want to know is that if u get married 3rd time is that also callled punar vivah or not.

i dont know abt whether it wld be stated as Punar Vivaah or not!

but generally all countries has specific procedure for divorce, some countries hav a mandatory physical seperation period before divorce petition can be filed even in consentual divorce, some have counselling n reconciliation process before divorce hearing starts!

Until d divorce is granted, the couple is still legally married, they can withdraw d petition, or marry after absolute is granted by court!

No need of remarriage until the case gets to court.
